Ingredients:
2 cups watermelon
Handful of green kale
2 large cucumbers
2 stalks of celery
2 tbsp. (or more) fresh mint
1 lime
Use organic ingredients when available. This smoothie provides lots of vitamins including calcium and vitamins B and C. Celery is great for the nervous system. Watermelon is full of lycopene which is important for cardiovascular health. Drink this in the morning to stay hydrated and for a great energy boost!
