extra virgin olive oil
1 peeled and chopped rutabaga (small peices)
1 onion chopped
Bunch of swiss chard (or spinach) washed and chopped finely
Optional- favorite spices
salt and pepper
Sauté the onion and rutabaga in olive oil until soft. Add the swiss chard and sauté until desired softness. Add salt and pepper and spices as desired.
This dish is great with rice and beans!
