The list continues. Nature provides a rainbow of options. Could she/he be any more accommodating?

Eating seasonally and locally feeds our bodies the nutrients we need to weather our world.

Deliver superior nutrition to your body and it can fight on your behalf.

Nourish it with wholesome and fresh food.

Your body will be thankful and most importantly, better able to fight life’s battles for you.

Summer’s bounty is upon us. Next time you have a choice, go fresh and seasonal. Eat the rainbow!
